This work is personal.
I created Graceful Growth Wellness as a space for those who are ready to step out of survival mode and into a life rooted in clarity, connection, and self-compassion.
I’ve spent over 20 years supporting individuals through anxiety, grief, trauma, and relationship patterns—and I’ve done my own work, too.
Because healing isn’t something I just guide people through.
It’s something I live.
Maya Angelou

I believe in the healing power of soft spaces especially for people who have spent a lifetime being strong. As a Black woman and adult child of an alcoholic, I know what it’s like to be the one everyone counts on. I also know the quiet ache of not always feeling cared for yourself. That experience shapes how I show up.

This isn’t about fixing you—it’s about helping you come back to yourself.
In our work together, you’ll be supported, gently challenged, and learn how to understand your emotions and care for your nervous system.
You don’t have to have it all figured out.

This isn’t about fixing you—it’s about helping you remember who you are beneath the layers of stress, expectation, and emotional labor.
In our work together, you can expect to:
be seen and heard without judgment
be gently challenged in ways that support your growth
develop language for your feelings
learn tools to regulate your nervous system
begin to prioritize your needs without guilt
You won’t be rushed.
And you won’t be expected to have it all figured out.

If you're ready to choose yourself, I'm here to support you. Let’s do the work—gently, intentionally, and with grace.
People I work with begin to:

This work isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about finally being allowed to be who you’ve always been.
If you’re ready to choose yourself, I’m here to support you.
