This work is personal. I created Graceful Growth Wellness as a space for those who are ready to step out of survival mode and into a life rooted in clarity, connection, and self-compassion. I’ve spent over 20 years helping others navigate anxiety, grief, trauma, and relationship patterns and I’ve done my own work, too.

I believe in the healing power of soft spaces for the people who have spent a lifetime being strong. As a Black woman and adult child of an alcoholic, I know what it’s like to be the one everyone counts on. I also know the quiet ache of never quite feeling cared for yourself.
Audre Lorde

My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I integrate psychotherapy, mindfulness, and somatic practices to help you understand your patterns, strengthen your boundaries, and reconnect with your voice.

This isn’t about fixing you it’s about helping you remember who you are beneath the layers of stress, expectation, and emotional labor. In our work together, you can expect to be seen, heard, and gently challenged. You’ll leave with language for your feelings, tools for your nervous system, and permission to prioritize your peace.

If you're ready to choose yourself, I'm here to support you. Let’s do the work—gently, intentionally, and with grace.
People I work with learn to say no without guilt, rest without shame, and reconnect with parts of themselves that have been silenced by survival mode.

This work isn’t about becoming someone new it’s about finally being allowed to be who you’ve always been.
