Wellness coaching is short term, fast paced, directive and solution focused. Wellness coaching sessions are designed to facilitate sustainable behavior change by shining the light on your unique skills, strengths and inner resources in order to help you transform your dreams and desires into achievable goals through action. During coaching sessions you will learn evidence based cognitive and emotional skills needed to reduce stress and anxiety in order to live life at your highest possibility as you establish new ways of being.
